Jen's Awesome Smoothie
1 - 1 1/2 Cups of Mixed Fruit or Vegetables
(Ideas: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes, steamed carrots, raw spinach leaves)
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Soy Milk
1/2 Cup Ice
This is the delicious desert drink we had after attending a great birthday party. (Happy Birthday Loni!)
Jen just blends them up...and presto! Deliciousness!!
